  • Enhance Curb Appeal, tidy up landscaping, ensure clean exterior. Mulch etc.


  • Declutter, Depersonalize, Deep Clean to create a welcoming atmosphere


  • Minor repair, updates such as fresh paint, staging furniture, replace non working light bulbs, etc


  • These details help showcase the property’s potential to prospective buyers, maximizing its appeal and increasing the likelihood of a successful sale. It is paramount these are done prior to the photoshoot, but certainly prior to showings.
